Breakfast:
Low fat blueberry muffin
Tea

Snack:
Apple

Lunch:
Green salad (loaded with veggies) and tuna salad on top
a few baked Lays chips

Snack:
crackers

Dinner:
Chicken over pasta
broccoli

Snack:
Peach
1% milk
